2cCold skim milk
1pk(4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Strawberry Flavor Sugar-Free
1ct(8 oz.) plain lowfat yogurt
1cCrushed ice
1lgBanana, cut into chunks

Pour milk into blender container. Add remaining ingredients; cover. Blend at high speed 30 seconds or until smooth. Makes 5 cups or 5 servings.
